Terms of Service

By accessing or using KeLAAX Stealth ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

KeLAAX Stealth provides traffic automation software and related services. The Service includes but is not limited to: • Browser automation and fingerprint management • Traffic generation and management tools • Analytics and reporting features • API access for integration purposes • Customer support services We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for: • Safeguarding the password and API keys associated with your account • Any activities or actions under your account • Restricting access to your computer and account • Notifying us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or KeLAAX Stealth cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team. A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support within 7 days of purchase for refund inquiries.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe upon the rights of others • Engage in fraudulent activities • Distribute malware or harmful code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service • Engage in any activity that violates the terms of service of third-party platforms • Use the Service for illegal advertising or click fraud • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these usage policies without refund.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KeLAAX Stealth and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of KeLAAX Stealth. You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Access to our API is provided under the following conditions: • API keys are for your use only and should not be shared • Rate limits apply to all API endpoints • We reserve the right to modify API functionality with reasonable notice • API access may be revoked for violation of these Terms • You are responsible for all activity under your API key Excessive API usage that impacts our infrastructure may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

In no event shall KeLAAX Stealth, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service • Any content obtained from the Service • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content • The actions of any third-party platforms or services Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. KeLAAX Stealth does not warrant that: • The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable • The Service will meet your specific requirements • Any errors in the Service will be corrected No advice or information obtained from the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KeLAAX Stealth and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: • Your use and access of the Service • Your violation of any term of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right • Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
