Try Before You Buy

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can fully test KeLAAX Stealth before purchasing. This eliminates most reasons for refund requests.

Eligible for Refund

  • Technical issues preventing the software from working as described
  • Payment processing errors resulting in duplicate charges
  • Service not delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation
  • Request submitted within 48 hours of initial purchase

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Request made after 48 hours from purchase
  • Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account termination
  • User error, misuse, or failure to follow instructions
  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Third-party issues (proxy failures, target website changes)
  • Partial month usage (no pro-rated refunds)

48-Hour Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for refunds, except in cases of documented technical issues that prevented earlier contact.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment method and financial institution. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period. No pro-rated refunds are offered for partial month usage.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and blacklisting. We maintain detailed records of all transactions and service delivery for dispute resolution.
